Gorgeous and fabulous hotel, I liked excellent breakfast!
The personnel was helpful, doing their best to assist. The room was large and functional with comfortable beds and central heating, multi-channel TV, and a fridge. The restaurant served a great selection of meals for breakfast.

The breakfast at Century Marina was absolutely amazing! The variety of dishes and the quality of the food were top-notch. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious options available. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding breakfast.

The hotel had a pretty good hotspring/spa area on the top level, but I think the best aspect was the breakfast. They had a pretty decent Eastern style breakfast buffet that was really enjoyable. The second best was probably the location, it was located very conveniently near the main bus connection and was easy to get to from anywhere in the city. The room was alright, it was comfortable enough for what it was.
I had to stay at this hotel for a business trip and it was definitely not up to par for that purpose. The room was quite small and there wasn't a lot of space for me to work on my laptop or even move around.

Spent Xmas at a hotel in Hokkaido. It was a marvelous experience! The hotel was located just a few steps from the morning market, making it convenient to buy fresh seafood. The rooms are extremely spacious and comfortable, and we were allowed to choose our pillows. The breakfast was amazing, and the buffet selection was huge.
None! Everything was perfect.

The hotel's proximity to transportation and attractions made it an easy choice for visiting multiple sites. The spacious rooms were equipped with features like a customized pillow menu, and the Eastern-style breakfast buffet was exquisite. The hot springs and spa located on the top floor offered a unique and peaceful atmosphere to relax.
The overall hospitality and customer service could use improvement, as staff members seemed disinterested in providing assistance or answering questions.

Incredible breakfast, spacious rooms, fabulous location, helpful staff, hotspring/spa on top level, tastefully decorated lobby.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the strategic location only a short walk away from the morning market and the great transportation connection. Not only were the lobby and rooms tastefully decorated, but the size and comfort of the rooms exceeded our expectations. The hotspring/spa on the top level was fantastic, and the free pillow selection and breakfast offered were superb. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.
